I have so much to say about this but this is a good start. It’s not what to avoid but what helps balance. QUESTION Is someone a phytoestrogen expert? I am having a hard time understanding if it BALANCES estrogen (so, if a woman has too much, the phytoestrogen would normalize it) or if it is supplementing low estrogen. Also-is this recommended to take throughout the full cycle, or to supplement the pre-ovulatory time when estrogen should be at its highest. ANSWER Because it is adaptogenic it is balancing either way. It’s best taken all the time because it’s real action is in helping the body manage toxic xenoestrogens that are most often the culprit in hormone imbalance. QUESTION ANSWER We use only two soy isolates from non GMO fermented soy.... non GMO makes all the difference. It’s the difference in frankin-soy that should be avoided like the plague and actual nature/plant what was intended. dōTERRA’s phytoestrogen complex contains NO actual estrogen. It dislodged and clears toxins, including toxic estrogen and then protects cell receptors from being bombarded by toxic estrogens. Basically everyone in the US is exposed to false estrogens in plastics, preservatives, and a list a mile long, we all can benefit from the phytoestrogen supplement and it's fine to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding to help balance hormones. The soy in phytoestrogen are 'extracts" and not the full compounds of the whole food. The flaxseed lignans in the phytoestrogen complex actually block bad estrogen to the breast and uterus! Those areas need way less estrogen. In my non FDA compliant mind, this product actually helps ***vent cancer. Flax lignan binds up estrogen metabolites and allows the body to excrete them. They are also amazing for mental health and cognitive focus. |
