When you need to quickly get out of the house in the morning but don’t want to skip breakfast, a smoothie is not usually your go-to. However, a smoothie is a great way to get many of the essential nutrients you’ll need to keep your body going throughout the day. When every second counts, it can simply take too long to get all your ingredients together and prepare. In this case, smoothie cubes are an excellent way to store a smoothie so you can take it on the go and have it thaw more quickly. Freezing your smoothie also means that it will taste as fresh as if it had just been made that day. Smoothie cubes are also a good idea for those days when you have a bit more time. Instead of using plain ice, add even more nutrients into the mix by replacing them with a few smoothie cubes. Not only will they add a burst of flavor to a smoothie, our version adds in essential oils and other doTERRA supplements to give your body an extra boost.
