HOT & COLD Hydrotherapy Treatment
1. Allow the Showerstream to spray 5 minutes HOT and 2 minutes COLD over the AFFECTED Area.
2. Work-up to doing about 7 repetitions of that sequence, ALWAYS ending with COLD Water.
3. Do the HOT And COLD Showers 2-3 times per day!
NOTE: While doing the HOT And COLD Showers over the 1st week, work-up to using the HOTTEST Water, WITHOUT being SCALDED and the VERY COLDEST Water! Also massage the AFFECTED Area, while doing the HOT And COLD Showers for even MORE INCREASED Circulation! Remember to ALWAYS end with COLD Water.
If you'd like to treat a SPECIFIC body area, then you should use a the shower hose.
NOTE - DO NOT USE HOT ON THE HEAD- ONLY COLD
Swim wherever you can in unpolluted sea where possible. When using swimming pools be careful of the chlorination as the gas given off by chlorine is very toxic and will greatly affect those with allergies nad a low immune system. Otherwise wash the chlorine off afterwards with thorough showering, using lavender or other essential oils to aid the process. Do a smell test afterwards. If you can still smell chlorine on the skin or hair then return to the shower!
SAUNAS
These encourage perspiration, effectively opening the pores of the skin, driving water, toxins and unwanted debris from the bodoy via profuse sweating. Saunas should not be used by the weak and frail, the very young or pregnant, or by anyone who has certain heart conditions, or high or low blood pressure. Frequent showering is vital during saun sessions: concentrate the cold water stream over the top of the head as the skull heats up tremendously and this can cause nausea or sicknesshere to edit.
