I am asked many times on what water should we be drinking, and I have held back because there are so many varying opinions and I don't like to cause controversy. I have decided to share it as I believe water is so essential to our healing. I am 60 years young (with no grey hairs) and have been drinking distilled water for many years, having researched this subject extensively.
